Tara Vegas is an associate recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search, working across multiple practices.

The majority of Tara’s career has been spent in overall operations for various residential and commercial real estate firms. Prior to joining Charles Aris, Tara worked at another executive search firm as a corporate recruiter.

She graduated from Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in English.
