Jennifer Baudreau has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jennifer is currently working as a Senior Frontend Developer at Charles & Colvard, Ltd., where they research, architects, and prototypes new solutions for ecommerce websites. Jennifer also integrates CMS solutions, architects Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, and creates real-time dashboards using Google Data Studio.

In this role, they were responsible for architecting the overall user experience and led a committee in redesigning the organization's suite of websites and web tools. Jennifer developed websites using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and collaborated with stakeholders to meet business goals.

From 2015 to 2017, Jennifer was a Software Engineer at MyWebGrocer. Jennifer served as a lead developer on projects, mentored new hires, and developed an online learning tool to improve accessibility. Jennifer also worked as a Jr. Software Engineer, where they developed the front end of an ecommerce platform and facilitated team-building exercises.

Before entering the tech industry, Jennifer worked in the education sector. Jennifer held various roles at Centerpoint School from 2007 to 2014, including Academic House Leader, Program Coordinator, and Teacher. Jennifer also worked at Pine Ridge School as a Remedial Language Specialist and Residential Instructor from 2005 to 2007, and at W. Alton Jones Environmental School as a Field Teacher Naturalist from 2004 to 2005.

Jennifer Baudreau completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English at Wesleyan University from 2000 to 2003. Jennifer then pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) in Teaching & Learning with a specialization in Online Program Development at Colorado State University from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their degrees, Jennifer obtained a Vermont Teaching License (Level II) in English 7-12 from the Vermont Agency of Education in June 2014.
