Carrie McGrath

Carrie McGrath has a diverse and extensive work experience. Carrie is currently the VP of Talent Acquisition at Charles River CFO, Inc., a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Partner at firstPRO, Inc from March 2023 to January 2024. Carrie also served as a Managing Consultant at ZRG Partners, LLC from April 2022 to February 2023. From June 2019 to April 2022, Carrie worked as a Senior Talent Partner, specializing in Accounting & Finance, at FirstPro, Inc. Before that, they had a long tenure at WinterWyman, a staffing firm in New England, where they held the position of Partner | Finance & Administrative from June 1997 to May 2019. Carrie'searly career includes an internship at Lever Brothers in 1996.
