Uday MacHanavajhula

Uday Machanavajhula is an accomplished technology leader with a rich background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Charles River Development since December 2022, Uday previously held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Sophos from August 2021 to December 2022 and Software Development Manager at HealthEdge from August 2015 to August 2021, where leadership in designing and implementing scalable health insurance software solutions was provided. Uday's extensive experience includes roles such as Principal Software Engineer at Charles River Development, Chief Architect at Kuberre Systems Inc., and consultant at State Street, along with foundational experience as a Software Engineer at Verizon. Uday holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a B.E. in Computer Science from RAIT, complemented by early education in technology and sciences.
