Panchola Dockery

Panchola Dockery has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career at Eurofins Scientific in 2001 as a Vitamins Analyst, where they were responsible for sample preparation and analysis. They then moved on to Memphis City Schools in 2004, working as a Classroom Teacher and designing curriculum-based lesson plans. In 2011, they joined Poplar Healthcare as a Pathologist Assistant, where they managed the grossing and dissection of tissues and trained other pathology personnel. From 2016 to 2020, Panchola worked at Interstate Blood Bank as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, overseeing compliance to procedures and conducting audits. They then joined Cognate BioServices in 2020 as a Quality Operations Specialist II, before transitioning to Charles River Laboratories in 2022 as a Quality Operations Specialist III. In June 2023, Panchola took on the role of Quality Operations Lead at Charles River Laboratories.

Panchola Dockery has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Delta State University Graduate Studies.
