Reshema Kemps-Polanco

Reshema Kemps-Polanco serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Novartis US, overseeing growth strategies and portfolio management across four therapeutic areas: oncology, immunology, neurological diseases, and cardiovascular/renal/metabolic conditions. Previously, Reshema held several leadership roles at Novartis Oncology and Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included directing extensive commercial operations and managing significant revenue-generating franchises. Additionally, Reshema serves on the Board of Directors for Charles River Laboratories, contributing to the Compensation and Strategic Planning & Allocation Committees. With an MBA from Rutgers Business School and advanced education from The Wharton School, Reshema possesses a strong foundation in marketing and finance, coupled with military experience from the United States Army Reserve.
