Erika Doede

Erika Doede is a Managing Director and Head of Business Strategy and Development for Schwab Asset Management. Ms. Doede is responsible for developing strategic and tactical business plans and leading key initiatives to help build and maintain Schwab Asset Management business management functions. She also develops strategies to address industry trends, evolve the firm’s business and economic model, pursue market growth opportunities, and improve internal business processes and operations.

Before joining Schwab, Ms. Doede spent three years at Susquehanna International Group as the head of adviser sales and trading for the ETF group. Prior to Susquehanna, Ms. Doede was a director and the head of RIA and ETF strategist client engagement for iShares Capital Markets at BlackRock.

Ms. Doede earned a Master of Business Administration in finance and investments from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a CFA® charterholder.
