Harish Kasuganti

Harish Kasuganti is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in applications development, data analytics, and web analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Charles Schwab since March 2020, Harish leads a team focused on developing core services for financial planning solutions. Prior to this role, Harish held various positions at American Airlines from October 2011 to March 2020, including Manager of Application Delivery and Manager of Data Analytics, where a transition to agile methodologies and cloud-based microservices architecture was facilitated. Harish's career also includes expertise as a Practice Leader and Senior Solutions Architect at Knowledge Tranzfer Inc., and as a Senior Member of Technical Services at Verizon, where recognition was received for technical and leadership excellence. Harish holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
