Marlon Maguiza

Marlon Maguiza, MBA, has extensive experience in IT applications development, currently serving as the ERP Manager and Senior Programmer Analyst at Alorica since October 2010. In this role, Marlon acts as the senior technical lead for Business and Client Reporting and Analytics, mentoring team members and overseeing project schedules to ensure timely completion. Previous positions include Software Development Analyst at Smart Communications, Inc., and Software Engineer III at Harte-Hanks, Inc., where Marlon contributed to software design and engineering processes. Marlon commenced the career as an Applications Developer at ePLDT, Inc.
