Mason Haffar

Mason Haffar is an experienced professional in strategy and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Transformation for Client Service & Support at Charles Schwab since August 2020. Previously, Mason held the position of Director of Strategic Alliances at Oracle, where strategic partnerships with consulting companies were developed. Prior to that, Mason was a Senior Manager at Accenture, leading strategy and transformation initiatives for major corporations, and worked as a Manager in Management Consulting at Schlumberger, focusing on operational excellence in the Oil & Gas sector. Mason began a career in digital strategy as a Senior Manager at Dubai Holding, driving strategy for digital media ventures. Mason holds an MBA in Digital Marketing and Strategy Consulting from The Wharton School and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
