John D. has a solid work experience spanning over a decade. John started their career in 2009 as a Team Supervisor at Absolute Pubs, where they gained valuable skills in customer service and team management. In 2010, they attended University College London, where they studied Natural Sciences and specialized in Astrophysics and Geophysical Sciences. During their time at UCL, they also worked as a Tour Guide at the University of London Observatory, showcasing telescopes and explaining their usage to various groups.

After completing their degree in 2014, John joined Charles Stanley & Co. Limited as a Trainee Investment Advisor & Broker Support Administrator. John quickly took on additional responsibilities, including working on a project management team and being responsible for project management statistics and reports. Over the years, John progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Investment Management Support Associate, Operations & Systems Business Analyst, Business Operations Manager, and ultimately becoming the Head of Business Solutions. In these roles, they focused on operational efficiency, implementing portfolio management tools, developing cost and charges illustration engines, and overseeing CRM upgrades.

In 2019, John also took on the role of Head of Group Controls, Oversight & Monitoring at Charles Stanley, where they built and managed a monitoring program to ensure consistent practices within the division.
