Michael Paterson

Michael Paterson is currently the Head of Reward at Charles Stanley & Co. Limited. Previously, Michael held roles such as Head of Human Resources at Hampshire Trust Bank and Munich Re Syndicate Limited. With a background in journalism, Michael transitioned to Human Resources and has successfully implemented performance management systems and led HR teams through cultural change. Michael holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Glasgow and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
