Camille W. Delaite

Camille joined Charlesbank from Green Peak Partners in 2018. At Green Peak, she most recently served as a partner working with private equity and corporate clients to develop talent strategies, optimize organizational structures, improve hiring outcomes and develop leadership teams. She previously worked as a project leader and consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, providing strategic and organizational advice to leading Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and public sector agencies. Early in her career, Camille worked at Lehman Brothers in the Fixed Income division.

Camille lives in Boston with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, food exploration, theater and the intersection of business and social impact. She is also active in alumni affairs for Columbia College and Harvard Business School.
