Eric Paolucci

Eric Paolucci is an experienced General Manager who has worked at Charley's Grilled Subs since July 2008. Prior to that, Eric served in a similar role at Steak Escape from June 1991 to February 2008. Eric received their education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1991 to 1995 and The University of Memphis from 1989 to 1991.
