Ashwin Vaswani is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technical leadership and engineering management. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Charlie Health and a Senior Engineering Advisor at Minimal Audio, Ashwin has a proven track record of reducing operational costs and improving system performance across various roles. Previous positions include Engineering Manager and Lead Software Engineer at ChowNow, where Ashwin managed teams, fostered a culture of learning and innovation, and significantly improved engineering processes.
