Ricki Pierce

Ricki Pierce is a Clinical Outreach Manager at Charlie Health since April 2024, responsible for building relationships with referral sources and connecting patients to care. Previously, Ricki served as the Director of Therapist Outreach at Zencare.co from June 2020 to April 2024, managing outreach strategies and a team of outreach members. As a Therapist Outreach Manager and Lead, Ricki expanded the provider network significantly and trained new team members. Earlier experience includes roles as an Intellectual Property Case Assistant at Mintz and Organizational Development Coordinator at the Association for the Scientific Advancement in Psychological Injury and Law, among others. Ricki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Boston University and additional certifications in UX Design and Paralegal Studies.
