Eric Bofenkamp

Eric Bofenkamp, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Guest Experience for the Charlotte Hornets, a role held since October 2021, following previous experience as the Manager of Guest Experience. Prior to joining the Hornets, Eric worked at The Walt Disney Company as part of the Guest Relations team and as a Client Service Coordinator - Professional Intern from January 2019 to February 2021. Additionally, Eric was involved with Orlando City SC as Corporate Sponsor Gameday staff in early 2020 and competed as a NCAA Division 1 Student Athlete in football at Saint Francis University from August 2014 to November 2019. Eric earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Saint Francis University in 2018 after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from the same institution in 2018.
