Joseph Sharpe

Joseph Sharpe has extensive experience in the sports and healthcare industry. Joseph most recently served as the Director of Healthcare & Sports Performance for the Charlotte Hornets since June 2018. Prior to that, Joseph worked for the Oklahoma City Thunder from July 2008 to June 2018 as the Head Athletic Trainer. Joseph also worked as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Charlotte Bobcats from June 2004 to May 2008, and as the Strength and Conditioning Coach/Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Minnesota Timberwolves from July 2002 to May 2004. Joseph began their career as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the University of Connecticut in November 1993, where they worked until July 2002.

Joseph Sharpe received their Bachelor of Science and Master's degree in Education, specializing in Athletic Training, from Old Dominion University between 1987 and 1993.
