Erin Lykon

Erin Lykon has extensive experience in the soccer industry, starting with their role as the Director of Marketing and Branding at Charlotte Independence Soccer Club since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Soccer Operations and a Coach at Carolina Rapids from 2010. Erin'sresponsibilities included team management, player development, communications, scheduling, leadership, teamwork, and life skills development. Additionally, they were also a Goalkeeper Coach at NC ODP from 2013 to 2017 and worked as a Local Team Liaison at CONCACAF in 2015.

Erin Lykon attended East Lincoln High School from 2002 to 2005. Erin then went on to study at the College of Charleston from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2017, they obtained a USSF National "B" License from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
