Paula Cook

Paula Cook has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a School Principal at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since August 2003, with a career progression that includes roles as Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, Academic Facilitator, and Special Education Teacher. Prior to Paula's educational career, experience included working as a Flight Attendant for United Airlines from June 2001 to July 2003 and as a Sales Representative/Trainer at IBM from June 1996 to January 2000. Paula holds a Licensure in Secondary School Administration/Principalship from UNC Charlotte, a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
