Tim Clinkenbeard

Tim Clinkenbeard is an established human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, Tim previously held various vice president positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., focusing on HR strategy, total rewards, and global HR operations. Additional experience includes leading human resources at Justice and Sam's Club, where Tim progressed from Regional Human Resources Senior Manager to Senior Director. Tim began the HR career at Starbucks as a Regional Partner Resources Manager in the Mid-America Region. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from Georgetown College and a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati.
