Holly Selders

Prior to joining Charlotte State Bank & Trust in 2014, Holly served in executive positions at lending institutions in Virginia and Michigan, gaining experience as a Marketing Manager, Office Manager/Processor, Vice President, Mortgage Loan Auditor, Operations Manager and Senior Vice President. She understands the intricacies of loan origination, pricing, loan calculation, contracts and closing documents.

While serving as Senior Vice President and Operations Manager of Secondary Marketing for a Virginia-based home funding firm, she supervised oversight of contracts, all aspects of licensing, and federal and state reporting requirements, among myriad other duties.

She is based at Charlotte State Bank & Trust’s Punta Gorda and Charlotte Harbor offices and is a winner of the Charlotte Sun newspaper Readers’ Choice Award as Best Mortgage Officer. She has served as President and Co-President of the Business and Professional Women of Charlotte County and is a longtime member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and a Tidewell Hospice House volunteer.
