Rupa Das

Rupa Das has extensive experience in quality and compliance roles. Rupa currently holds the position of Vice President of Quality at Charlotte's Web since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Quality & Compliance at Martin Bauer Group North America from 2020 to 2023. Rupa also held the role of Vice President of Global Quality & Compliance at Martin Bauer Group from 2019 to 2020. Before joining Martin Bauer Group, they worked at BI Nutraceuticals as the Vice President of Global Quality & Compliance from 2002 to 2019. Their earlier experience includes being a Quality Manager at Dial Corporation from 1999 to 2002 and at Botanicals International from 1992 to 1998.

Rupa Das has pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemistry at New Mexico Highlands University. Additionally, they have completed a Master of Science degree in Natural Products Chemistry and Pharmacognosy from Clayton College of Natural Health. Currently, they are studying for an Executive MS degree in Nutrition Business Leadership at Sonoran University of Health Sciences, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
