Paul began their career at Poison Spyder Customs, Inc Colorado, where they worked as the GM of Operations from July 2004 to October 2009. Prior to that, they started their career at High Country Performance 4x4, where they worked as a shop assistant and worked their way up to the position of GM from November 1994 to July 2004.

Paul Herrera, PMP has a Master's Degree in Information Technology Project Management from the University of Denver, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1999, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Colorado Denver.
