Holly-Dae Burton

Holly-Dae Burton, MBA, is the founder and creative director of Arts by Aaron, a creative mural and painting company established in February 2015, specializing in unique and lively murals and custom interactive art installations. Holly-Dae also serves as the director of operations at Charming Charlie since November 2019, where responsibilities include retail operations and customer experience management. Prior experience includes process improvement strategist at Academy Sports + Outdoors and various roles at Charming Charlie, including manager of customer experience and service. Holly-Dae previously held managerial positions at Juicy Couture and Neiman Marcus. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, both from Texas Woman's University. Additionally, Holly-Dae is the creative curator and founder of ARTumn Fest, a fall festival promoting local creatives in Houston, established in 2016.
