Kathy Dodgson

Kathy Dodgson has a strong background in bioscience operations and research. Kathy is currently working as the Senior Director of Bioscience Operations at Charnwood Discovery since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Biology Operations at Aurelia Bioscience - A Charnwood Molecular Company from June 2021 to October 2022. Kathy also served as a Science Director at the same company from July 2011 to October 2022. Before joining Aurelia Bioscience, Kathy worked as a Senior Research Scientist at AstraZeneca from May 2000 to July 2011. Kathy started their career as a Research Scientist at SmithKline Beecham in September 1989 and worked there until April 2000.

Kathy Dodgson attended Nunthorpe School from 1978 to 1983. From 1985 to 1989, they studied at the University of Bath, where they obtained a BSc in Biochemistry.
