Nathvara K. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nathvara is currently working as an HRBP Associate Director - Overseas Business at CPF Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Central Group in various roles, including Head Of Talent Management from February to April 2022, Head of HR Strategy and Analysis from January 2020 to January 2022, People Analytics and Performance Manager from March to December 2019, and Leadership and Culture Development Manager from February 2018 to February 2019. Before Central Group, they were with Siam Commercial Bank as a People Strategy and OD professional from July 2016 to January 2018. Nathvara also gained experience at SEAC as a Consultant in Strategic People and Culture Transformation from September 2015 to June 2016, in Leadership & Talent Development from November 2014 to August 2015, and as a Project Management Specialist from June to October 2014. Nathvara began their career as a Graduate Intern at Matrix Knowledge in June 2010 and worked there until August 2010. Nathvara also worked as a Market Research Associate at ActiveMINDS Consulting from August 2008 to August 2009 and as a Volumetric Accounting Analyst at ExxonMobil from August 2007 to August 2008. Nathvara K. has a diverse education history. Nathvara obtained their MSc in Decision Sciences from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their BSc in Finance, Operations Management, and Psychology at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2004 to 2007. Nathvara also participated in a semester abroad in Denmark at Copenhagen Business School in 2006. Nathvara earned their BBA in Finance from Thammasat Business School between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Real Estate (RE-CU) from Chulalongkorn University. Throughout their career, Nathvara has obtained various certifications, including but not limited to Leading L&D, People Analytics Program, Strategic HR Business Partner Program, and Digital Transformation for Strategic HR Leaders.
