Debbie Gabriel Hallacy

Debbie Gabriel Hallacy has a solid work experience in payroll management. Debbie started their career as a Payroll employee at Publix Supermarkets in 1985 and worked there until 1995. From 1995 to 2013, they served as the Corporate Payroll Manager for Pepsi Bottling Ventures. In 2013, they joined ABB as a Senior Manager of Payroll Services until 2017. After that, they moved on to Chart Industries, Inc., where they held the position of Senior Manager, Payroll Business Services from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Debbie is working as the Global Director of Payroll for Chart Industries, Inc.

Debbie Gabriel Hallacy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Debbie also pursued Paralegal Studies at the same university from 1988 to 1990, specializing in Legal Research and Advanced Professional Studies. Additionally, Debbie Gabriel Hallacy obtained a Certified Paralegal (CP) certification from Nova Southeastern University in 1995 and a Change Management certification from Prosci in 2015.
