Jamie Davidson

Jamie Davidson has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Their most recent role was as the VP Reward at Chart Industries, Inc., where they led the global reward team and harmonized reward approaches across the organization. Prior to that, they were the Global Director of Reward & HR Policy at Howden, where they reformed reward governance and led the reward elements for IPO preparation. They also served as the Group Head of Reward at ASOS.com, leading the global reward function and developing new approaches to managing performance and international working. In addition, they held positions as the Global Head of Reward at Costa Coffee, where they built the company's first standalone reward function, and as the Head of International Reward at Whitbread, overseeing reward initiatives across various international markets. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry Hay Group, a consultant at Jura Consultants, a Policy Officer at East Lothian Council, and as the President of the University of Strathclyde Students' Association. Overall, Jamie Davidson has extensive experience in reward management, policy development, and consulting.

From 2000 to 2004, Jamie Davidson attended the University of Strathclyde, where they obtained a first-class BA Hons degree in Economics.
