Alex Rice

Alex Rice has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alex is currently employed as an iOS Engineer at Chartboost since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Igor Institute as a Software Developer from October 2015 to January 2021. At Igor Institute, Alex had a generalist role where they worked on prototype iOS/Android apps, Python scripts, and a C# application. Alex also provided user support as a User Support Technician II at Synapse Product Development from October 2013 to April 2014. Before that, they worked as a Jr Advertising Abuse Analyst at BrandVerity from May 2013 to October 2013. Additionally, Alex has experience as an IT Contractor at Artefact from September 2014 to October 2015, and as an IT Helpdesk Coordinator at Synapse Product Development from December 2012 to April 2013. Alex started their career as a Junior Developer/DBA at Linktech Worldwide from October 2010 to November 2012, where they managed an autodialer, lead database, and wrote SQL queries for reports and sales insights.

Alex Rice attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a BA in Film Studies. In 2014, they briefly attended Code Fellows to study Swift/Objective-C.
