Cindy Chiu

Cindy Chiu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cindy currently works as a Technical Writer at Chartboost since November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Technical Program Manager at Epic for Kids from March 2017 to October 2022, where they managed the development and launch of web-based content ingestion tools, video closed captioning feature, and internal tools. Cindy also served as a Content Project Manager, overseeing the development and risk cycle of internal content ingestion and editing tools.

Before joining Epic for Kids, Cindy worked as an Artist & Designer in a freelance capacity from April 2015 to January 2020. During this time, they designed marketing materials, business and conference materials, and created hand-lettered signage for various clients. Cindy also held the role of Project Manager at MediaWorks from January 2018 to May 2018.

Their earlier experiences include roles such as Graphic Designer at Miss Asian American/Global Pageant from July 2014 to June 2017, Team Lead Supervisor at Teavana from July 2016 to March 2017, Shift Supervisor at Paper Source from October 2014 to June 2016, and Sign Artist at Trader Joe's from January 2015 to August 2015.

Additionally, Cindy attended Foothill College from 2012 to 2015, where they studied Screenprinting & Letterpress. Cindy did not earn a specific degree during their time at Foothill College.
