Tim Sterzer

Tim Sterzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Charter since December 2022, Tim Sterzer has held various roles within Charter Telecom since December 2016, including Customer Success Manager and Senior Account Manager. Prior experience includes Senior Account Manager positions at Boardwalk Communications and Acrodex, as well as a Client Manager role at Acrodex. Tim Sterzer also served as Mayor of the Town of Balgonie from 2003 to 2012 and worked as a Business Analyst at CGI, where support was provided for IT procurement and contract management across multiple North American plants. Tim Sterzer began their career at SaskTel, holding various positions from 1983 to 1995, and is an alumnus of the University of Regina.
