Callum Dickinson has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Callum started their career as a Development Manager at Brookfield Multiplex Developments Australia Pty Ltd., where they successfully delivered the final phase of World SQ in Sydney, including securing a pre-commitment tenant for the whole project.
Following this, they joined Leighton Properties as a Senior Development Project Manager, where they were responsible for the design, planning approvals, and contract management of various projects in Brisbane and Perth. Callum also played a key role in securing mixed-use precinct projects in Brisbane.
At Leighton Properties, Callum was promoted to the role of General Manager, Group Property, where they established a Corporate Real Estate function for the Leighton Group of Companies. Callum had overall responsibility for property procurement and divestment across multiple sectors and locations.
In 2014, Callum was appointed as the General Manager of Design and Construction, Commercial Development at Leighton Properties. In this role, they led a team of 10 professionals and was responsible for the design and delivery of all commercial projects nationwide. Callum Dickinson completed their Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the University of Sydney, with an unknown start year and completed in 2003. Before pursuing their architectural degree, they earned a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) from the University of Sydney, which they finished in 2000 after starting in 1998. Callum also completed their Higher School Certificate (HSC) at St Joseph's College Hunters Hill in 1996.
