Emma Stewart

Emma Stewart has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Emma began their career in 2005 at BOC South Pacific, where they held various roles including Human Resources Business Partner, Graduate Recruitment Manager, and Human Resources Advisor. In these positions, they provided support to different departments, managed employee relations cases, coached line managers, and executed change management projects.

In 2012, Emma joined Charter Hall where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner, offering support to Finance, Legal & Company Secretarial, IT, and Investment Management divisions. Emma'sresponsibilities included HR policy and process improvement, recruitment, performance management, remuneration, and benefits advice, employee relations, and project and change management. Emma later broadened their role to include Workplace Change responsibilities, focusing on the transition to Activity Based Working.

Additionally, Emma held the position of Head of People at Charter Hall starting in February 2019, where they oversaw strategic HR advice to leadership teams and provided operational support across the employee lifecycle. Emma also took on the role of Workday Project Manager, managing the implementation of Workday, an HRIS system, and leading a project team.

Emma Stewart has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Arts Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from Macquarie University. Emma attended Meriden School until 2002, and prior to that, they attended Arden Anglican School until 1997.
