Tricia Butler, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Charter Impact, Tricia also holds advisory roles, including a position at ChangeEngine and as a member of CPOHQ at Knoetic. Previously, Tricia held significant roles at Hunt A Killer and Grove Collaborative, where responsibilities included Chief of Staff, Vice President of People & Culture, and Head of People Operations. Tricia Butler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
