Carrie Mixon

Carrie Mixon is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and Management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Otter Learning since May 2025, Carrie oversees strategic leadership in various HR functions, including Employee Relations and Learning and Development. Prior to this, Carrie held multiple roles at QVC Group, including Director of Talent Acquisition - US, where strategic oversight for US Talent Acquisition and Global Talent Operations was provided. Carrie's impactful leadership also included transforming the Talent Acquisition delivery model and implementing a new Workday application system. Additionally, Carrie contributed to HSN as the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, leading recruitment efforts across various sectors and successfully delivering on high-volume hiring targets. Carrie holds a degree in Business from the University of South Florida.
