Matthew S. Motes, PE, is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Corporate Reliability Engineering Manager and Plant Engineering Manager at Charter Next Generation since March 2018. Matthew also contributes as a Board Member at CAMP DISCOVERY AT HIS ACRES INC since November 2022. Prior experience includes managing commercial engineering at RECO USA from March 2011 to March 2018, alongside a role as R&D Engineer at Ruff and Tuff Electric Vehicles in 2010 and as an Engineering Intern focusing on power tools at Techtronics Industries in 2008-2009.
