Mark Larocca

Mark LaRocca has over 20 years of experience in the technology field, currently serving as the Director of Technology at Charter Oak Financial since February 2009. In this role, Mark is responsible for installing, managing, and upgrading Application and File Servers, configuring user access, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system stability. Additionally, Mark has worked as a PC Technician at B&L PC Solutions, Inc. since September 2005, where responsibilities include installing and repairing hardware and software, troubleshooting, and network installation. Prior experience includes work as a Network & Desktop Support professional at Susquehanna Radio from July 2003 to September 2005, focusing on network administration, technical support, and security. Mark LaRocca holds degrees from the SANS Technology Institute and an Associate's Degree in Photography/Multi Media from The Art Institutes.
