Chris Parnell

Chris Parnell's work experience includes serving as the General Counsel at Charter School Capital since 2019. In this role, they oversee the provision of legal services to CSC and its affiliates, implements strategic company initiatives, and provides day-to-day legal support. Chris also supervises legal department support staff and outside counsel. Before this, they worked as the Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel at CSC. Prior to joining Charter School Capital, Chris worked as an Attorney at Alto Law Group from 2017 to 2018, Dunn Carney LLP from 2011 to 2017, and Farleigh Wada Witt from 2005 to 2010.

Chris Parnell has obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Virginia. Additionally, they have also pursued a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School.
