Christa Shugan

Christa joins Charter Senior Living with twenty plus years of experience in Skilled Nursing, Acute care, and Senior living and will be serving as Regional Director of Health and Wellness. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing along with a bachelor’s degree in Advanced Legal Studies with a Healthcare emphasis. She also holds a master’s degree in nursing -nurse educator track along with a Post Masters for Family Nurse Practitioner with Board certification.

She is an experienced clinical leader with a focus in quality outcomes across the healthcare continuum. Christa has served at various levels of leadership including Director of Nursing, Regional Director, and Senior Management in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.
