Bart Reimer

Bart Reimer has extensive work experience in operations and management in multiple industries. Bart currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Charter Steel, where they are responsible for overseeing operations at a multi-site steel manufacturing company. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Charter Dura-Bar, where they led the implementation of various strategies and systems in a growth company in the metals industry. Before that, Bart worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they held various roles, including Commercial and Off Highway NA Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Plant Manager. Bart also gained experience as General Manager and Production Manager at I-XL Industries Ltd. Bart has demonstrated leadership and accountability at an executive level and has experience building relationships with the C-Suite.

Bart Reimer completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Ceramic Engineering from McMaster University between 1989 and 1993. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Heriot-Watt University from 2001 to 2008.
