The Operations Team at Charter Steel oversees the end-to-end process of production, processing, and distribution of carbon and alloy special bar quality rod, wire, and bar products. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing plant operations at both the Saukville and Cleveland locations, ensuring efficient melting and rolling processes, and maintaining high standards of service and maintenance. The team ensures that the company’s cold heading quality steels and coil products meet market demands while adhering to sustainability practices and leveraging 90%+ recycled materials.
