Elias Abdo

Elias Abdo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Elias started their career as a Customer Assistant at Boots Pharmacy from August 2018 to September 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Web Developer for Fiverr, where they designed and maintained websites and web applications.

In 2021, Elias joined Grayce as a Project Analyst, supporting the project team by analyzing data and providing accurate reporting and recommendations. Later in the same year, they became an IT Application Administrator at Charterhouse Group. In this role, Elias managed and configured software applications, such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce CRM, ServiceNow, and CPQ, to meet the needs of end-users and the organization. Elias also troubleshooted issues and customized applications with the help of their technical expertise.

Throughout their career, Elias has showcased their ability to collaborate with stakeholders, effectively analyze data, and utilize technical skills to meet organizational goals.

Elias Abdo completed their Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2016 to 2020.
