Anne Mouzzam

Anne Mouzzam has a solid background in IT support and administration. Anne started their career as an IT and System Coordinator at Intute Business Solution Ltd in 2013, where they worked until April 2014. Following that, they joined Alfa Connect Services Ltd as an IT Administrator Assistant and 1st Line Support Role from May 2014 to April 2015. Anne then moved to Brompton Bicycle in October 2016 as an Information Technology Support Engineer, where they stayed until March 2018. Anne'smost recent position was at Charterhouse Voice & Data PLC, where they worked as an IT Support Engineer starting in April 2018.

Anne Mouzzam completed IT Certifications at Just IT Training Ltd in London in the year 2015. The certifications they obtained include CompTIA, MCTS Windows 7, and Server2012. In August 2015, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. In October 2015, they obtained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration certifications from Microsoft. In January 2016, they obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Pearson VUE. Most recently, in February 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification from Microsoft.
