Jennifer Gardner

Jennifer Gardner has over a decade of work experience in the Human Resources field. Jennifer began their career in 2010 at Coach as a Human Resources Assistant, then moved up to Manager of Human Resources Business Partner in 2014. In 2018, Jennifer joined The Children's Place as the Director of Human Resources. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior Director of Talent Development at Casper. In 2021, Jennifer was a Founding Member of Hacking HR and also became the Chief People Officer at June, where they led the People function for a remote, globally distributed team of 250+ people. Currently, Jennifer is the VP People at CharterUP, leading the People function for a remote-first team.

Jennifer Gardner holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2020. Jennifer also holds a BS in Business Administration from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
