Robert Kays has extensive experience in the field of electronics and communications technology. Robert began their career at Remec Corporation in 1999, where they maintained RF/Microwave systems for corporate clients, including US Government groups and military vendors. Robert then moved on to Nor-Cal Products R&D, where they worked as an Electronics R&D Tech, troubleshooting and repairing analog and digital controllers.

In 2002, Kays returned to Remec Corporation and continued to maintain RF/Microwave systems for various clients, including classified systems and commercial corporations. Robert then joined BAE Systems in 2004, providing technical support to Special Operations Forces and government agencies.

From 2007 to 2008, Kays worked at GLOTECH, supporting the US Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, by installing and maintaining a communications Emergency & Evacuation network.
