Richard Joseph

Richard Joseph serves as the Managing Director at Chartwell Financial Advisory, Inc. since March 2015, where leadership focuses on delivering financial advisory and consulting services on the West Coast. With over 25 years of experience in managing ESOPs and retirement plans, Richard has held various prominent positions, including Managing Director at Alerus Financial and Director of Consultant Relations at US Bank. Prior roles include President at Stanton Trust Company and Sr. Vice President at Marquette Trust Company, among others. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University, completed between 1983 and 1986.
