Lukas Hovorka

Lukas Hovorka serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Chase Corporation, starting in April 2025, where responsibilities include leading the identification and execution of acquisition opportunities. Prior to this role, Hovorka was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Barnes Group Inc. from 2008 until March 2025, overseeing all acquisition and divestiture activities until the company's acquisition by Apollo Global Management. Hovorka's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at ITOCHU International Inc., where transaction support and strategic planning for a national medical device distribution platform were key accomplishments. Earlier roles included Senior Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Robertson Stephens and Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Hovorka holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
