Darby Debusk

Darby DeBusk has a strong background in social media and marketing. Darby currently works at Chase Oaks Church as a Social Media Director, where they are responsible for executing public-facing social communications and expanding the reach of the brand. Before that, they worked at Chase Oaks Church as a Social Media Manager, where they played a central role in the digital strategy and collaborated closely with creative production and campus-level teams. Prior to their roles at Chase Oaks, Darby was a Marketing and Creative Design Intern at LifePoint Church Plano, where they worked on design and marketing projects and assisted with coordinating communication. Darby also has experience in management, as they served as a Starbucks Assistant Manager at Market Street, where they led a team and achieved consistent profit increases through streamlining production and strategic labor usage. Darby also demonstrated their organizational and training skills by managing a team and training other managers and employees at other locations.

Darby DeBusk completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas between 2016 and 2020. In addition to their degree, they obtained the HubSpot Social Media Certification in December 2019 and the HubSpot SEO Certification in December 2021.
