Lindy Singleton has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and culinary industry. Lindy started their career as a Line Cook and Culinary Intern at Xanterra South Rim, LLC in 2013 and later returned for a hospitality internship in 2016. Lindy then worked as a Cook at Brookdale, where they were responsible for preparing meals and maintaining kitchen sanitation. Lindy also served as a Teaching Assistant at Oklahoma State University from 2016 to 2017. Lindy further gained experience as a Kitchen Manager at Hal Smith Restaurant Group in 2017 and as a Sous Chef at Ramble Creek Events in 2018. Currently, they work at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort as an Associate Director of Events, where they ensure the seamless execution of events and previously held the position of Food and Beverage Coordinator.

Lindy Singleton obtained an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology - Okmulgee from 2012 to 2013. Lindy then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a ServSafe certification in February 2013.
